How do I contact Ammika?

Please fill in an email enquiry sheet which can be found within the ‘Contact Us’ section of the website and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Can I receive a catalogue?

We do not produce one! This is because we are constantly updating our stock. The website is constantly updated, giving us the freedom to dynamically alter the product range - so a catalogue would be impossible to maintain. Prices are also kept down as catalogues are expensive to create.

How will my order be shipped? When should I expect to receive my order?

You have the option of having your order sent Standard or Express Delivery. For Standard Delivery in the UK, please allow 4-5 working days. The charge is £3.95 per address. For Express Delivery in the UK, please allow up to 2 working days. The charge is £5.95 per address.

How can I check on an order I placed on www.ammika.co.uk?

To check on the status of your order Login and check the 'My Account' section of the website.

How do I know when my order has been received?

Upon receipt of your order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep this email; it contains your order reference number which you may need at a later date.

Can orders be delivered to a different address to my own?

Not if it is your first order. If you haven’t shopped online with us before please note your delivery and billing addresses must match when placing your first order with us. We can only deliver to the cardholders address. This is to protect our customers against fraud.

Can orders be placed from abroad?

Orders can be placed from abroad and you can place your order in the normal way. You have the option of having your order sent Standard or Express Delivery within the UK For all delivery charges please visit the ‘Delivery Charges’ section of the website. Delivery to overseas is subject to request please contact us by email for further information.

How is my gift packaged?

Even the smallest of presents from Ammika Jewellery is beautifully wrapped with tissue then hand packed in our exclusive branded boxes. Your present is tied with the Ammika Jewellery ribbon and sent off to either you or a loved one when you order.

Is There VAT Charged Online?

We are not VAT registered therefore we do not charge VAT

How does your returns policy differ for sale items?

We do not exchange or refund sale items. We do not refund sale items unless the goods are faulty subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

How do I pay for my goods?

We accept online payment in a secure environment via Paypal.

When will my account be debited?

Your account will be debited once your order has been accepted online and payment has been authorised.

How is my payment taken and are the details of my credit card secure?

We recognise the importance of security shopping online for customers. We use the industry standard encryption technology, Secure Socket Layer (SSL), to process securely online credit card transaction. Your payment details  are encrypted and cannot be read as it travels over the internet. Credit card numbers are not held in clear text within our web site. Payment authorisation is conducted online via Paypal.

We do not share or disclose your personal information with any other parties. All the data we collect from this site and store your details are completely confidential.

Are there any addresses you cannot deliver to?

We can deliver to anywhere in the UK (including Northern Ireland). Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Channel Islands or Eire and we are currently not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases.

What crystals do Ammika use?

Many items are handmade many are made using original Swarovski Elements these are stated within the item descriptions some items are made with a mix of other Austrian Crystals.

Do you custom make jewellery?

This may be available, send us an Enquiry and we will see what we can do to help.

What is the length of guarantee on Ammika Jewellery items?

We treat each case on an individual basis, looking at wear and tear since purchase and the reason for returning the item. There is no official warranty period on any items. The items we sell are delicate with many small crystals which if not treated with care will become dislodged and are fashion accessories so please take care of them.

Are the charms with rhodium and gold colour plate likely to fade?

Due to the size of the charms it is only possible to add a very thin layer of Rhodium or gold colour plate to the base metal, so unfortunately there is a chance the plate may chip or fade with wear and tear. We advise customers to take care of their charms and to treat them with the same special care and attention that they treat all their items of jewellery.
