As most of our pieces are costume jewellery made from brass, plated with rose gold colour and gold and rhodium, they need special looking after for you to enjoy the beauty for a longer period of time. Here’s a list of tips for you and your customers on how to care for your purchases. Please ensure these are incorporated in your care instructions.

Avoid air contact when storing. Storing in our original boxes or pouches is the best way to keep your jewellery. A zip plastic bag is a handy way to do this in case you have lost the original packaging.

Avoid water: Do not place next to heater, window, air conditioner or in the bathroom. Do not wear it in the pool or shower.

Avoid cosmetics. Apply scents or cosmetics before you put on your jewellery. Perfumes and lotions will tarnish the jewellery.

Avoid sweat. Remove jewellery when exercising, or any other demanding physical work, as sweating causes the jewellery to tarnish.

Crystals. Some products contain many different size crystals If these get knocked they can become dislodged and lost this is not defect so please take care of your accessory.
